The bar is the social heart of many restaurants — where guests order aperitivi, watch bartenders craft cocktails, and linger over digestivi. Bacchrituo designs bar counters that balance operational efficiency with visual theatre, creating focal points that draw guests in.

Counter Design

We specify counter heights (typically 110cm for standing, 90cm for seated), material finishes resistant to spills and heat, and integrated equipment placement for coffee machines, wine coolers, and tap systems. Marble, terrazzo, and reclaimed wood are among our preferred surfaces.

Wine Display & Storage

Enoteca-style wine walls and temperature-controlled display cases showcase your selection while keeping bottles accessible. We coordinate with sommeliers on capacity and organisation, designing storage for 200–2,000 bottles depending on concept.
