How We Work

Restaurant projects typically span 12–20 weeks from brief to opening. Our structured process keeps restaurateurs informed and contractors aligned throughout.

1. Brief & Site Survey

We visit your space, review lease conditions, and discuss concept, covers, budget, and timeline. Complimentary for projects above €15,000. You receive a scope document and fee proposal within one week.

2. Concept Design

Mood boards, space plans, and 3D visualisations present the design direction. One revision round included. Concept approval triggers technical design phase.

3. Technical Documentation

Construction drawings, material schedules, furniture specifications, and MEP coordination documents prepared for contractor tender and ASL submission.

4. Construction Support

Weekly site visits during fit-out, sample approvals, and snag-list management. We attend final ASL inspection and soft-opening to verify design intent.
